selftember: a 1:1 package
as a teacher of self work & identity expansion, september is my favourite month… i call it SELFtember and i think it is a perfect opportunity to show up for our selves a little more.
what would that look like to you… to SHOW UP FOR YOUR SELF? how would that feel? what would you want for your self?
perhaps you have been feeling lost or you have been longing for more and you’d like to find your self again or simply figure out what exactly you want for your self.
perhaps there are things you have been wanting for your self - for your physical or mental health or wellbeing, hobbies or interests you’ve been wanting to prioritise, a goal or dream you’d long to focus on.
perhaps you simply want to prioritise your self more - nourish or honour or soothe or re-ignite your self in some way.
what if semptember could be YOUR time to focus on YOU?
right away you might be thinking: i have no time, i have no energy, i have no motivation, i have no direction… and i absolutely understand.
you do have me. i can help you find all of those things, and i can teach you how to begin to show up for your self - for the things you say you want, for the self you’d like to nourish or find.

it’s about writing the story of who you wish to be and how you wish to feel and what really matters to you - the story of your favourite self - and letting that favourite self drive the bus (instead of letting stuckness drive).
when we do this - strengthen the self, show up for your self, and let self lead - we absolutely experience mindset shifts, habit shifts, and mojo shifts. we start with self and then life begins to transform around us.
