this is what i know for sure.

we are here for a reason. we deserve a life that lights us up. we deserve to shine in any way we choose. we deserve to BE who we are.

we are the hero of our own story. we have the power to change things. we can get unstuck… get ignited. we can choose our purpose and our direction.

we each have a brilliant light to shine. who you are is fucking brilliant. you are worthy, you are valuable, and you have more power than you know. the world needs your light.

i’ know stuck.

i have been so very stuck. (you can read my story here.) i’ve struggled with depression. i’ve been lost in the darkness. i lost my purpose and my direction and my mojo. i lost my self.

but i am finding her again. i am using simple practical strategies to pull myself out of the muck and take steps forward again.

if you've been feeling lost, or stuck, or not very ignited at all... if you've been thinking there must be more to life than this... or thinking ‘who am i to shine?’...

if you've been feeling ready for more, ready for the next steps, ready to shine even brighter... and could use a helping hand,

i would love to help you on your journey!
