what's standing in your way is fear

for the writers, artists, creators, teachers, helpers, explorers, dreamers… those with something on their heart they long to bring into the world… yet you hesitate or doubt. this note is for you…

sweetheart,

you are so so ready to connect deeply, to share from your heart and soul, to co-create with the universe...

yet, you hesitate. you resist. you filter.

what's standing in your way is fear.

you're afraid of failing

of getting it wrong

of screwing it up

saying the wrong thing

not getting the words exactly right.

you're afraid it won't resonate

no one will care...

you'll share your heart and soul

and then... crickets.

you're afraid because you're not an expert

you're not qualified enough

you're not good enough

and those who are

will come for you

like you have a target on your back

like you'll be burned at the stake.

you're afraid of fully being seen

afraid to be vulnerable

afraid of judgement

and eye rolls

and questions

and rocking the boat.

and i get it. i do.

this journey is actually about guiding yourself through all of that.

that literally is the work.

your desire to make a difference...

to share and help and serve and create and teach and inspire

...is big enough that i know you will find the way through.

trust that you are capable to handle any eye roll or judgement...

trust that you are more than qualified because you are sharing what is true for you, you are creating your own liberation, and you are the expert of you...

trust that vulnerability, raw and real, is the key, always...

trust that your new definition of success - that one where you're simply here to be your self and show up for your self, consistently - is in fact the only definition that matters...

and trust that there is one human soul out there, in a dark room, struggling alone, who needs your light... your heart to their heart. that's your only goal.

that's why you'll do this. for that one boat, lost at sea.

shine your light baby, you know you want to.

love,

your wisest (obviously!) self
