there's something i need to tell you, 

something i want you to know.

it's so fucking beautiful here, 

where you are going next...

who you are being next... 

everything you get to experience next...

i can't wait for you to see it for your self.

i know sometimes the gap, 

the leap,

between where you are

and where you want to be

feels enormous.

but what you need to know is that 

you don't actually take

one huge leap 

to get here!

it's more like 

100 little steps,

100 x 1% little adjustments and upgrades,

100 choices that align with what matters to you.

you show up for your self

every single day

in tiny ways...

and that matters.

you are doing it!

even if somedays 

it feels like what you want

is still so far away.

and somedays you wonder

is your future any different 

to where you are now?

like: what really is even going to change?

so what i want you to remember

is who you were

at 13, at 24, at 36...

gosh just think about how 

fucking amazed 

those versions of you would be

with who you are right now,

with how much you have grown and changed,

with the incredible things you are doing,

right this minute

to show up for all of your dreams.

with that in mind,

just think of what else is possible!

your growth and expansion...

your dreams and desires...

your achievements and success...

what is possible,

what is available to you,

is more than you can even imagine.
