i am a teacher and coach… i am obsessed with practical, doable, research proven strategies that let us do the work of HOW - how to get unstuck, how to show up for our selves, how to grow and change and transform our lives.

i am also a witch - a healer, an energy worker, a channel for spirit. my concept of identity work is holistic: we are so much more than our mindset and our actions… we are body and soul, we are energy and frequency, we are the same light that is the light of the universe.

my superpower is combining the practical and the magical. i am a certified reiki II practitioner, i am an oracle and tarot card reader, and i work with sigils, crystals, essential oils, and other elements to encode soul level recalibration.

my approach to my healing practice and service is that healing = wholing. it’s not about fixing or ridding or erradicating… we don’t have to fix anything, we just need to bring it home. to heal is to come back home to your self, to move toward wholeness… attunement, embodiment, reclamation, recalibration.
